Group Fitness

Gordon Recreation offers energizing and upbeat group exercise classes to the Gordon community, including: yoga and women on weights. Group fitness classes are free and held in the Tavilla Wellness Studio.

SESSION DETAILS

  • Classes begin January 22, 2023 and classes end/packages expire May 2, 2023.
  • Classes will not be held March 5-12 (Spring Break)

YOGA: All levels power yoga class that keeps you moving, stretching, and challenging your balance

WOMEN WEIGHTS: Women learn exercises and workouts for all levels to find confidence in strength and competence in the Fitness Center
